1. Import a clip with Adobe Dynamic Link in Adobe Premiere Pro
Premiere Pro should automatically open and load the sequence into the project. If this doesn't happen, you can go to File > Adobe Dynamic Link > "Import After Effects Composition". Choose your Adobe After Effects Composition from the dialog box.
2. Export the SRT subtitle file from Adobe Premiere Pro
Open the sequence in Premiere Pro and go to File > Export > "Captions". Choose "SubRip Subtitle Format (.srt)" from the export window.
3. Use the "Převodník značek" to convert the SRT subtitle file into a TXT marker file
Open the free Převodník značek, select "SRT" and set "convert" to "Avid Media Composer > Marker Text (.txt)". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.
4. Import the TXT marker file into Avid Media Composer
To import timeline markers, go to: "Tools -> Marker". Right Click on "Import Markers". Select the Text file and import.
5. Done
